Tasting notes
Named after the owners' Son Parker Adam. A beautifully lush blend of Blaufrakisch, Cabernet Franc and smaller additions of both Noiret and Marquette. This wine brings the best of each of these varietals with ripe red. berry notes, dried herbs, candied fruit and a deep ruby coloring. The extended barrel age of this wine has resulted in a soft and supple palate with very concentrated flavors.
