Tasting notes
24 hour cold soak on skins and then directly pressed. Spontaneously fermented. A ripe rose with rich, ripe berry notes. Candied strawberries and red cherries on the palette with a clean. refreshing, citrus-forward finish. Aromas of peach nectar and raspberry leaf are at the forefront.

24 hours of skin contact before being pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel.
